Thank you for trusting Vibe Digital Marketing with your project. To keep your Google Business Profile up to date (hours, posts, photos, reviews and more), we need to be added to your profile as a Manager. It takes about two minutes, and you stay the owner the whole time.

Steps
Step 1: Open your Business Profile
Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that owns your profile. If you manage more than one business, choose this one.
Step 2: Open Business Profile settings
Select More (the ⋮ menu), then Business Profile settings.
Step 3: Go to People and access
Select People and access.
Step 4: Add a person
At the top left, select Add.
Step 5: Invite us as a Manager
Enter your account manager’s email address. Under Access, choose Manager, then select Invite.
Manager lets us edit your hours and business details, post updates, manage photos and reply to reviews. Only owners can add or remove people or delete the profile, so you stay in full control.
Step 6: That’s it
We’ll accept the invite and Google will email you when we do. Until then, you’ll see it listed under Pending. If you haven’t heard from us within two business days, let your account manager know.
Good to know
- For the first 7 days, a new manager can’t remove other users or transfer ownership. That’s a Google safety rule and won’t slow down our work.
- Please keep the Primary owner role yourself. We never need it.
- You can remove our access any time from the same People and access screen.
