Thank you for trusting Vibe Digital Marketing with your project. To work on your Squarespace site, invite us as a contributor with Administrator permissions. You stay the site owner, and you can remove us at any time.

Steps
Step 1: Open your site
Log in at squarespace.com and open your site.
Step 2: Open Settings
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left menu to open Settings.
Step 3: Go to Permissions
Click Permissions & Ownership (on some sites it’s labeled Permissions). In the Squarespace app, tap More > Settings > Permissions.
Step 4: Invite a contributor
Click Invite Contributor.
Step 5: Enter our details and permissions
Enter your account manager’s name and email address, switch on Administrator, then click Invite.
Administrator is the only role that can add pages, change your site’s design and update store settings like shipping, tax and checkout. It also includes billing access. We’ll never change your plan or billing without asking you first.
Step 6: That’s it
We’ll get an email titled New Squarespace Contributor Invitation and accept it. Until we do, you’ll see us under Invites Sent, where you can also copy the invite link if the email doesn’t come through.
Good to know
- On the Basic and Personal plans, Squarespace allows only one contributor. If you already have one, you may need to remove them first. Other plans allow unlimited contributors.
- If you’d rather keep billing to yourself, tell your account manager. We can work with Website editor and Store manager, but some design and store-setting changes would then need your help.
- Only the site owner can transfer ownership, and we’ll never ask for it.
